 Toronto, Ontario Canada - David Battistella is a director, writer, producer, editor and actor. In 2002, his feature documentary, Shinny: The Hockey in All of Us, won the Banff World Television Festival Rockie Award for best sports documentary. The ode to the Canadian game has been broadcast nationally, used as the visual companion to 'O Canada' at NHL games, and used as a teaching tool at Ohio State University.
