 In addition to the projects mentioned within the article, "Behind the Lens: The Walking Dead", David shot the first three episodes of Deadwood, and multiple episodes of programs including Buddy Faro, Bionic Woman, and Sons of Anarchy. It should be noted that his credits also include first assistant camera on Return of the Living Dead Part II, and Director of Photography on a zombie picture called, remarkably enough, The Laughing Dead. He has been a member of the American Society of Cinematographers since 2006.
