Jim is the Head of Production Development for DreamWorks Animation, and was responsible for the studio's transition to stereoscopic 3D filmmaking. Before the entertainment business, Jim's background was aerospace, where, among many other things, he was the Principal Systems Engineer for the Hubble Space Telescope's ground station planning systems.
