Creative COW Magazine Writer
Creative COW Magazine : Ronald Lindeboom
Ron is the CEO and one of the founders of CreativeCOW.net. Along with overseeing Creative COW and its disparate divisions, he is also architects the COW's incredible growth and is always hatching new ideas and expansions for the community. The Creative COW Magazine interface is some of the work of which he is the most proud. "When we introduced our integrated magazine interface, there was absolutely nothing like it anywhere on the web. But I suspect that many publishers will soon copy the way that it places all of our issues on equal footing and makes any issue instantly the featured issue." He thrives in the stress and competition of business, enjoys the crucible of striving to achieve great things -- even when the money is not there to take the easy path -- and he loves working with creative people. He considers failure his best teacher, stating, "I've learned far more from my losses than I've ever learned from my victories - though I hope I'm not so hard-headed that I have to repeat the same mistakes again and again." Ron is a multi-tasker and is always working on many things at once. His latest project is finishing the Mancave Recording Studio that will soon join the Creative COW family of products and services. At the 1997 National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas, he was presented the Vision Award for his pioneering work in building online communities.

The Power of Passion

The Power of Passion

Making the most of your opportunities sometimes means knowing when not to take no for an answer.
